      What is the Return/Exchange Policy?


      Olivers Gold accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. If you have added/more questions, please contact customer support via email contact@oliversgold.com or via our customer support chat line. In order to make a return, your returned items must be in perfect condition and will be subject to (careful examination of Items). If the items do not pass (careful examination), our returns department can reject the return request.

      Warranties are only honored if you have purchased the warranty.
      ALL Earring sales are FINAL.

      CUSTOMIZED JEWELRY:

      There are NO returns/exchanges on Olivers Gold’s Customized Necklaces. All of our Customized Necklaces are carefully crafted for you as per your requirement. Hence, we do not accept the returns for them. under our 2 Year Warranty. The warranty entitles you to a one-time repair of the piece - free of charge.

      Olivers Gold will repair the item if you experience any defects Like breakage due to manufacture defects. Warranty is voided on user damage issues (i.e: water damage, (happening by chance, without any planning, breakage, etc.) There is a $30 USD repair fee if you meet future problems, only on repairable items. On Custom Pendant (only), If you would like to make an exchange for a different chain length, there is a $20 USD handling fee. Once any of our custom piece goes into production, there can be NO cancellations.

      Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.

      *Olivers Gold will pay back or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have made a mistake. For example: If Olivers Gold were to send you the wrong piece of jewelry, or article.
