OG is committed to excellence. A core part of being that is putting our Customer's first. This why we offer a Lifetime Guarantee for all Gold Plated/Vermeil jewelry purchases. If your product fades, damages, or doesn't function properly, the guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge. The guarantee is voided on any user inflicted damages (scratches, accidental breakage, water damage).

For custom items, we will recreate the same item FREE of charge ONE TIME ONLY. Any future issues will incur a $59 repair fee - Only for reparable items.

Non-Custom orders take 3-5 days to ship. Custom orders take 4-6 weeks to design, construct, create, and ship. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mailing.

You will automatically receive your tracking number via email. Please allow 48 hours before checking the status of your shipment as the tracking system requires time to update. 

International:

IS THE JEWELRY MADE WITH REAL GOLD/SILVER/RHODIUM?

Yes. We use 14-18k gold, real .925 silver, and genuine rhodium in our products. Each product is created with longevity in mind and thoroughly tested throughout the entire construction process. Whether your product is gold plated, .925 Silver, or Solid Gold, it is built to last.

The majority of our jewelry is 14-18k gold plated and uses simulated diamonds (CZ).

CAN I CANCEL/EDIT MY ORDER?

WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

OG accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), please contact customer support via email support@oliversgold.com, or via our customer support chat line.

HOW SHOULD I PROTECT & STORE MY JEWELRY?

All jewelry is fine and delicate. Treat it like such. Jewelry should be kept dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in the jewelry bag or box it came in. Store your jewelry at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, and ideally somewhere with low humidity to ensure longevity in your piece (i.e to avoid tarnishing silver). Multi-level jewelry boxes are good for storing your jewelry and protecting it from dust. Avoid storing the jewelry with rubber products. Always remove your jewelry when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products.

Avoid swimming with your jewelry. Chlorine can permanently damage or discolor your gold jewelry. Gently clean your gold jewelry with a soft polishing cloth. Be sure not to over-polish jewelry.

IS YOUR GOLD PLATING THE SAME AS THE OTHER COMPANIES?

No. OG gold plated products are finished using high quality gold. Our innovative plating process is what separates OG plating from the rest. The process allows our gold plated jewelry to last longer than the typical gold plated jewelry you may be used to. Day in and day out we are improving our process to assure longevity in your products.

WHAT IS VERMEIL?

Vermeil is high quality (pure or sterling) silver that is plated with a thin layer of gold.

In order to be considered as true vermeil jewelry in the US, the piece has to meet certain qualifications. For instance, the gold on the piece needs to be at least 2.5 microns thick, and at least 10k or higher.

 

Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A: After placing your order, please allow up to 3-5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse will pack your goods and have it shipped as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to your order. You may also come back to our website at any time and visit our track your order page to find your real-time updates for your shipment. If you did not receive your tracking number or you don't have any updates on our Order Status page after 5 business days, please Contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

A: Order cancellation is only allowed within 12 hours after the order was placed. We cannot cancel orders if they have already been moved to production.

Q: WHY MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

A: We have different warehouses some in US so the transfer and shipping of products can take some time and it can cause some delay.
